These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and [Vistra Pty Ltd] [ABN] (“Vistra”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to bind the business you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Vistra only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the reports, images, and other content you create (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share Your Content.
Service availability
We strive to keep Vistra available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
Plans and payment
Free plan features are available at no cost. Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vistra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
